For the last many months, the 24th has been a really hard day for me. It always marked another milestone in our daughter's life that we were missing. But no more -- we are together at last and today marked her 10 month birthday. Woo hoo! Happy Birthday Ada!
In addition to hitting the big 1-0 today, she also decided to reveal two new masterpieces this morning. Again, she stuck my finger in her mouth and bit down to show me that her bottom right and top left teeth had broken through. She's got three teeth now -- imagine if you can how proud we are. Just try. This is HUGE! Three teeth. Ten months. One daughter. Wow!
Also, while I'm bragging, I'll take this opportunity to let you know that yesterday she stood unassisted for at least two seconds. Then, her dismount was flawless as she sat down gracefully. I've got the picture to prove it. Spectacular.
And finally, because to say more would be over the top, I'll end with the fact that Ada can clap. Both hands together, over and over again. Isnt this kid amazing?
